As a seamstress, Talia found herself with too much fleece and not enough time.
The "Tied Together With Love" fundraiser was her solution. Individuals bought fleece kits and were provided with instructions on making blankets or scarves that they would then return to the Hub (the donation collection site) when completed. I was tasked with creating a logo and flyer for the event.
Results of the Fundraiser:
We were able to give $1,147 in monetary blessings to Casa Guadalupe Education Center.
158 beautifully crafted blankets, scarves, and headbands were shared among Chix 4 A Cause LTD, Elevate, Friends, Inc. Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County, Help Corner of Washington County, Volunteer Center Washington County, The Youth and Family Project, Inc., and The Gingerbread House

We decided to choose option two and optimized the logo for web and print use.
From there, we made a flyer that described the details of the fundraiser and directions on how to participate.
The flyer featured three custom illustrations since high-quality product photos were not available.
